I have a aunt in a age care home and she is been looked after very well she is happy and i am happy the way she is been looked after. I recommend age care to every one...

Very helpful from staff, but patients just sitting there, sleeping. Needs more projects to do for patients. As known in Adelaide.

Excellent care is given to my Mother over several years with dementia even when she was difficult.

This is a wonderful place. They care for my 99 year old mum. All staff are caring, intelligent and friendly. They genuinely take an interest in each resident and make them feel special. Since moving there from RSL Lifecare Collaroy two years ago mum's health has improved amazingly. Looking at 100.

The staff and facilities are amazing, very friendly. They always let my dog in to visit my nan which brightens up her day so big bonus points.

I have nothing but praise for the Orange Grove Care Community. They have done everything in their power to help Mum and Dad during a very difficult in their lives. From the first time I approached with a request for accommodation, all staff have done their utmost to meet our needs. The rooms are beautiful, clean and generous in size. The meals are generous and tasty, served by happy staff. The nursing staff are compassionate while trying to co ordinate patient needs and doctor requests. Maintenance staff are quick to help if the need arises. Mum and Dad enjoyed the activities and were encouraged to join the rest of the residents at these times. Whenever there was a problem, my request for assistance was dealt with without a problem. Unfortunately, Mum passed away after only 5 weeks as a resident. I cannot express my gratitude to all staff who cared for Mum at this sad time. They treated Mum with dignity and respect, ensuring that Mum was comfortable and pain free and that we were able to grieve as we needed. I could not be happier to have Dad cared for in this place.

My experiences with the Memory Unit have been very rewarding. The staff are all very kind towards my brother. Robert the RN is very professional. The main thing I find is they do not judge him for he has many behaviours . I have noticed that since being moved to the Memory Unit he is interacting in activities. We have also had the pleasure of using Zoom technology with the Activities Officer Jane. she was amazing in helping us set this up. Giving us the opportunity to communicate with him. With Covid19,they have kept us informed at all times on his health and well-being. I would like to thank all staff of this facility for doing there best to keep my brother safe in these trying times.
