Bruce from the Toowoomba store is patient and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful when my partner and I came in to buy a mattress. He spent a good amount of time with us and assessed us for the right mattress. He explained all the options and what benefits they had and you can tell he’s spent time learning the products and not just what looks/feels good. He did not pressure us to buy but we did anyway as he answered all of our questions. We will definitely seek out Bruce next time we need something and give him our business!].

Dealt with Joshua tonight who was absolutely fantastic ! Very knowledgeable, friendly & honest. Knew exactly what we needed & still listened to what we wanted so picked out something perfect. Highly recommend Joshua if you are shopping for a new bed.

I have recently purchased a number of items from Eureka Furniture in Toowoomba and I couldn't speak more highly of the sales assistant who helped me with my purchases for my new home. She was so helpful, honest and genuine and we felt that she really cared about how our interiors of our new home would look. She was interested to see the floor plan and see how it would all come to together. We would highly recommend Jilly to anyone we know who is looking for new furniture. I have already referred a number of friends to her. It was a breath of fresh air to go into a retail environment where the sales person is passionate and loves what they do. Great job Jilly.

I had an absolute fantastic experience with Kim and Gordon at the Toowoomba store, I had to buy furniture for our new house, we needed to fit out the kitchen, dining room, lounge room and the main bedroom. Kim’s service was absolutely fantastic, she pointed out things that I had not even thought about. Both Kim and Gordon made the whole experience very enjoyable. They had a big sale on and they still discounted even more, the furniture is very good quality and I was able to get it all in the one shop. Will definitely be back to purchase more. I brought a king Havanna bed, it is absolutely beautiful! It says that you need 2 people to build it but I built it myself in about an hour and a half maybe 2. So simple, so elegant and so beautiful! Of your thinking about getting a king bed, be sure to get a king Havanna. Their service is great. I was able to click and collect it on the same day.
