We have just built a house with Gordon Bourke Homes. The hardest part of the process was picking the colours of tiles, flooring, bricks and paint colour inside, and all done with expert help. I would gladly build another home with Gordon Bourke, they made everything so easy.

Preliminary stage - I would highly recommend talking to Kayla @ TRB prior to buying a block and to have an idea about budget setting to build your dream home. She was highly professional honest and upfront about all the costs. Gave us good insight about the block and type of soil we were about to built in. They had some amazing budget plans that suited our needs. No one else gave us in paper what costs roughly we were looking at . Thank you Kayla.

Our Top of the Range Builder was Peter Betros, Peter delivered our home on schedule and on Budget, it has been 6 months since completion and I can not find any structural defects, it is a very well built house. Thank you Peter and the Top of the Range team, they made every thing easy.
