My visit to the Northside medical centre was outstanding. I was received politely and efficiently at the reception counter. I waited a very short time before seeing my doctor and was treated with respect and care. I thoroughly appreciate her professionalism and detail in checking my health. Upon leaving, reception were courteous and precise in their explanation of payment making it seamless. I highly recommend this health centre.

Doctors and staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The practice is always clean, tidy, well lit and well ventilated, with the convenience of onsite pathology and a chemist to fill prescriptions close by at the shopping centre across the road.

Friendly staff at front desk and very competent. My doctor is very thorough and caring. Overall pleasant consultation.

I have been a regular patient attending the I-Med services at the CHC Medical Centre and would like to say how good the experience has been. All the staff have been really friendly, caring and extremely efficient at their work and always get you in and out in minimal amount of time, unlike other Branches I have attended over the years of my treatments. A huge thanks to all.

Great family practice, always greeted by friendly receptionist staff.If there is no emergency the doctors are always on time. My doctor, Dr Jeremy Allan is such a professional and lovely caring person who treats you as a person not a number.Thank you for your service.

On holidays from Queensland, visited practice, Doctor I saw was 100% professional, easy to talk too , told all I needed to know. I left feeling so much better.

Plaza Medical Centre is one of the best medical practices I’ve been to in Coffs Harbour. Dr Alex Kalich is an excellent GP and the receptionists are efficient and lovely - in particular Chantel & Dianne. It’s a tough job and they handle it perfectly. Thoroughly recommend this medical practice

The reception is very friendly and helpful. I feel very at ease at this clinic. Dr Kalic is a great GP, has a broad knowledge base, and fantastic patient manner.
