3 Best Hotels in Tamworth NSW

This was my second stay at this hotel . The first was 3 years ago . That was a very good time so I decided to return for my two night stay . Staff were very attentive and helpful . The room was quiet and clean . I had breakfast and it was much better than a fast food restaurant. I would recommend this hotel and will return on my next visit to Tamworth.

The customer service was outstanding here, super friendly, fast and didn't get stuffed around. Our room was great but our air-conditioning unit didn't work unfortunately but that is the only negative for me. It's super convenient if you are just passing through and need a bed to sleep in and food to eat.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and excellent service. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Secure area and quiet. Definitely will come back next time and highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Ibis Styles Tamworth for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Our room was beautifully presented and refreshed daily, ensuring it remained clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to Peel Street or Shopping World. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Ibis Styles Tamworth to anyone visiting the area!.

The rooms are clean, but there was no toilet brush and the shower leaked every where.There was a broken chair that we did not report due to the attitude of the staff on departure. The location is good as you can walk to the CBD, a local shopping centre and some restaurants. If you are staying the one night it would be a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

The staff are incredibly helpful!! I wasn’t able to get a table for dinner as they were full, but the staff bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of. 10/10. I’d recommend the food, the staff and the rooms.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Powerhouse hotel. I was extremely impressed by the service and the rooms. The rooms are spacious with a perfect layout, comfortable beds and pillows, and were beautifully designed and decorated. All staff we spoke with were welcoming and accommodating. An easy highlight for us though was the meal we had at the attached restaurant, amazing service and the food was devine. We will be back when we return to Tamworth.

Stay here often for work. Very comfortable bed/sleep, and the rooms are always immaculate. Although would be great to have option to shut a door between bathroom and bedroom to block out light. The attached restaurant (workshop) is great- with some very good quality, albeit what most would consider costly steak options.

The Powerhouse exceeds all expectations. Rooms are lovely, service is excellent. We have stayed here a few times now and are never disappointed. Breakfast is superb!.
