Tuesday 4th July 2023 After one of two reverse cycle outlets in our home stopped working (as we had been told might happen when the units had their annual service), my husband did some research into alternative means of heating and cooling our home and contacted Ford and Doonan for some more information. Joe Barningham came out on Thursday 29th June and explained, very clearly, the 16kw ducted air conditioning system which could be a possibility with six zones and powered by electricity. We decided there and then to ask for a quote; that came through that afternoon; we accepted the quote and the system was installed very efficiently this morning/early afternoon by the Ford and Doonan team. Hard to believe that everything happened so quickly and efficiently; the men worked well and cleaned up afterwards; Duncan clearly explained how to use the controls and it's now on our phone as well as on the wall. We shopped around for a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system for our house and in the end we couldn't go past Ford and Doonan Bunbury due to value for money and the great pre-sales advice and service provided. Jeremy and his team were professional right throughout the process and provided us with a high quality system that suited our house, family and budget and the customer service and quality of the install was excellent. The installers even included our special needs son in small parts of the job and he still talks about it weeks later. We love the system and the change it has made to our home lives and would recommend Ford and Doonan Bunbury to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and high quality air conditioning provider. They are also now about to go into solar systems and we have been that impressed with them that we are going to be one of their first solar system customers. This was the second time we have used Bunbury Ford & Doonan and once again we were delighted with the ducted reverse cycle system that Jeremy and the team designed for our house. Angus was around to do up a quote and provide the advice needed within a couple of days of putting in an online request. A month later we had two Panasonic split systems installed and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended, professional friendly service. Don't bother going to the major electrical retailers and organising a separate installer, just go straight to Arctic Air - no hassles, no fuss.

They installed our AC on Friday. They were professional friendly and very informative. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The youngest member of the team was delightful he shows a lot of potential and I hope they give him an apprenticeship.
