Brigid is so strong, passionate and sound in her methods that I was able to step in straight away and experience the reactivation of my energy pathways I walked away with a sense of understanding for my next steps from tuning in Also so blissed out and ready for my day This experience was over a zoom video call and it certainly didn't detract from the process!.

A few months ago after having a breakdown i was searching online for a therapist in my local area. I came across Jeremy at Hypnotherapy Solutions and sent an enquiry. Jeremy got in touch and we set up an online appointment. Fast forward to today, I am living my life again, back at work and feeling good. The online sessions are great as you dont need to leave the couch. Jeremy is easy to talk to, supportive and I always leave each session feeling positive and more at ease within myself each time. I can't explain the difference, the way I feel now, to a few months ago. Jeremy helped me understand what I was going through and how to get through it. I recommend to anyone struggling to cope, to get in touch with Jeremy, I am glad I did.

I came to Jeremy via a recommendation from a close and dear friend. After a marriage ending, the loss of my career due to a family business needing to shut down due to the diminishing health of my father and his subsequent passing soon after, a global pandemic and a few hopeful but ultimately failed relationships post divorce, co parenting two beautiful children in a post covid world who live an hour an a half drive away. I was lost lacking direction, confused, scared and no longer trusting my judgment and decisions and struggling with a lifetime of undiagnosed ADHD. I needed some guidance and hope and I found that in Jeremy. His calm and reassuring delivery gave me some tools to begin to piece together some belief in myself to find a path ahead and find some inner peace and strength to pick myself up and forge ahead. I’m 44 years old and looking to share the experience I encountered through Jeremy, my life has been a massive battle for the longest of years my past involves many traumas and a lifelong battle with addiction. I began speaking to a Counsellor around 2 years ago and began a process of learning to open up and learn to trust a little becoming vulnerable and slowly moving forward I was referred to Jeremy from my Counsellor and with a bit of guidance was able to contact him by phone and set up a session, I went in to this very sceptical and full of anxiety however at the beginning of the session Jeremy gently guided me through the process and what we would be looking into. I won’t go in to detail about my journey as I feel that is mine but what I will say is when I came out of it Jeremy was there once again to make sure i was ok and asked how I felt. The following days I was in a strange place of absolute calm, my head was quiet and I was able to just be….. this may not make sense but I cannot describe the weight that has been moved I feel a peace that I never really felt and a sense of new found pride in myself. I have struggled for the best part of 30 years trying to feel even close.
