I needed to get new glasses and sunglasses. I had a prescription for another business, but the guy I spoke to had no issues helping me. He hooked me up with Elle to help me find some frames, and she was super helpful and patient with me while I tried on 1000 frames. She helped me find the best style for my face and explained how we could use regular frames for my sunglasses. She got me an amazing deal saving me $400+ in comparison. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush me even though I didn't get there until 430pm.

Staff and optometrists are absolutely amazing. Felt welcome and was treated so well during my whole visit. Was given such great recommendations by multiple staff. The testing and dispensing was great. The staff have a lot of attention to detail and what frames are good fit for your face. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Absolutely recommend Specsavers Orange to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys.

Thank you to Paige, for helping my 16year old learn how to put contacts in, it took him 3 visits but without her help he wouldn't have been able to put them in. Paige explained every step to him. Her kindness, patience and the way she was teaching him made it a lot less stressful experience then previous attempts with other people. Keep up the amazing work.

The staff were professional, made me feel valued, and treated me with respect. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything but provided clear, helpful information so I could make an informed decision.

Very friendly, efficient, and professional staff, from the young woman who completed the preliminary assessments, the optometrist who completed the testing and assisted with choosing frames, and the gentleman who provided advice and assistance in identifying lens and frame specifications that would meet my needs.

Chris at OPSM Orange has awesome customer service and highly knowledgeable of products and even returns calls when he says he will. He has confirmed my business will stay with him from now on in. Great job Chris.
