Being a bit of a Bradford Curry Connoisseur it's always nice to find a good curry and India Gate on the Bay did not dissapoint. Loved both the lamb saag and lamb karahi that we had, the meat was tender, you could taste the spices and sauce was thick and tasty. Will be back. 5 stars.

We had a lovely experience at India Gate On The Bay. The atmosphere was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed their yummy butter chicken dish. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine.

The food was authentic and amazing, so flavoursome, service was excellent and staff very polite.

My partner and I are visiting Hervey Bay for the weekend and decided to grab some dinner here. So so happy we did. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted and seated. Once ordered our food took minimal time to arrive to us and was amazing. Was some of the best Indian we have ever had. 10/10 for service 10/10 for food wish we could rate this restaurant more than 5 stars as they deserve it.

This time we had Nilima's via takeaway for a special family celebration. The entrees and mains were colourful, tasty and well received by all. The Lamb Rojan Josh was especially nice. The Samoa's were very tasty. Thank you Nilimas!

My Beef Madras was just delicious. Thought it was cute for the owner have his daughter learning to waitress. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully the aircon is on during heatwaves.

The best curry I have eaten in a very long time! The flavours from this restaurant really pack a punch, and were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend to anyone searching for that soul touching food.

Best Naan bread I have ever had! Well done to the team! The curries were pretty nice also! Won't be disappointed!
