I have been seeing Janine for Counselling for the past 15 months now and I cannot express how much Janine has helped my mental health. I was not a big believer in counselling, but since attending sessions with Janine, I can honestly say it has helped me through one of the darkest moments of my life. Janine not only listened but gave me the tools I so much needed to put in place in my everyday life to help me become mentally stronger. I have found Janine to be passionate, caring, funny and only wants to help her clients to reach their full potential.
