I was served by Leon at the Stockland Rockhampton store (4701), who was friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and a delightful man. I chose to upgrade my glasses because of the clear explanation and demonstration that Leon presented to me. I will recommend your store to everyone, due to the thorough and friendly service given by Leon. Whatever staff rating there is, I would double it. Leon went above and beyond his services and was a pleasure to converse with.

I was helped by 4 staff members today with the process of my visit for my eye test and purchase of glasses. All very helpful, pleasant and informative. Have been with Specsavers for a number of years, service like this I have no need to look else where. Thank you team, great vibe throughout the store.

My glasses frame broke irrepairably last weekend. In desperation I went to the store, they scoured Australia for a frame to match my lenses, secured it and replaced them quickly. Kept me informed throughout the experience, top class customer service.

Friendly and respectful and professional staff, always a pleasure to talk to the staff, they also greet you when you first walk in store and they also don’t pressure you at any point to buy products, they’ll always recommend what’s best for you.

Staffed with very professional and experienced optometrists and customer service personnel. Modern equipment. All round very good service.
