A year ago I seeked out counselling to help with coping after my divorce, Pete helped me navigate these hard times, the emotional roller coaster I was on and the triggers that left me feeling alone and overwhelmed. He gave me support, affirmation and valuable advice, lifted my confidence and helped me gain new perspectives on a range of areas that were affecting my life. I can't thank him enough for making me feel safe, seen and heard during our sessions. Pete is amazing and I tell everyone to see him.
