As the annual review rolls around I think we all seek to make this happen as seamless and issue free as possible. This is now a regular experience for me at Traralgon. The staff are considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all time was taken to explain each outcome allowing me to make good judgements and plan going forward. If you need assistance with your eye health and/or glasses I can fully recommend the store. staff and service.

The frame on my reading specs had just broken and as they were approx. 1 year old I hoped the breakage would be covered under warranty - and yes it was. Without hesitation the lovely assistant found a replacement frame and swapped the lens while I waited. Couldn't ask for better service - in and out within 5 minutes, thank you.
