The integration with the staff memember, was very good. The knowledge shown by staff is evident by their care ,their questions,and overall confidence in the stock and products . All in all I was so impressed I walkef out with a new machine. For a very reasonable price. Thank you Gippsland Sleep.

I have had my F&P SleepStyle CPAP for almost 12 months now. The staff are fantastic at Traralgon. Friendly and knowledgeable. They have assisted me from the start. From hiring a machine for a month to test everything out all the way to purchasing a machine that was right for me. They are happy to do reports for my specialist free of charge and are happy to answer any questions over the phone or in person. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all your help.

I contacted Gippsland Sleep about buying a new CPAP machine. They checked my records from a service and immediately advised me that the machine I had was under product recall and how I could apply for a replacement. They did not sell me the original machine and could easily have made a sale of a new machine. They are excellent to deal with and quick to reply. I will certainly use them to purchase any CPAP equipment and for my next machine. - David
