Awesome club ! Friendly Team environment and very knowledgeable coaches. Coaches/Team are very approachable and go into great detail on techniques. Great learning atmosphere. Large club with wide range of different skill levels. Serious training but with lots of laughs in between. Highly recommend this club.

Amazing atmosphere with the best instructors. Doesnt matter if you have been doing jits or judo for 20 years or your first session, everyone makes you feel at home and part of the family.

Great gym with an amazing and welcoming team! Everyone made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The instruction is top-notch, and the atmosphere is positive and motivating. I can’t wait to come back and train again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to roll!

Loving the safe, family friendly environment that Reiko has created. Its been 30yrs since I trained and practiced Zen Do Kai and love being back training again (wish I didnt wait so long) Learning so much in self defence and the fitness is great to. Fantastic to be able to have sparring sessions with a great bunch of members without big ego's and not be concerned about getting hurt. In todays environment and if you have children, I would highly recommend you enroll them with Reiko and have them taught street smart self defence to assist them to look after themselves in an unfortunate situation and not just that, it is common knowladge that a child with a Martial Arts history is less likely to be a target for bullies.... Reiko provides a family orientated and child centred classes that brings out the Childs skills, qualities and discipline that you can see within the child's interactions with his peers, family and extra curricular activities. The Instructors are approachable, friendly and supportive and highly invested in Martial Arts provided by Reiko .. a positive, friendly, supportive, inclusive and structured environment for children to learn.

My son started a couple of months ago, and it has significantly improved his focus. He has always been keen about fitness, but now he has been taken to a new level. He eagerly looks forward to every lesson and can already see his own progress. The trainers are approachable and take their time when training the students.
