Bought our new bed from OMF Kelso, and the ladies in this store are ALL fabulous! They went above and beyond to help me locate a frame that was sold out everywhere except Geelong. They found the best price for me and called me the second it was available to pick up. They even held it for us until we could get there, not rushing us to pick it up. Friendly, approachable, and kind team. I’ll be back for sure.

Purchased bed and mattress 7 years ago with 10 year mattress warranty. Recently had an issue with the mattress so emailed photos and details to the store. They got back to me within a few days and offered me a new replacement mattress without any fuss. This is how a warranty should work unfortunately it doesn’t always happen. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout including when we picked up our new mattress which we are very happy with (BC7 Comfort Plush ). Excellent service. Wonderful to deal with. Great products.

Excellent customer service from Rhonda and her team. We didn’t have to wait long for our mattress to arrive and was easy to pick it up when it did arrive.

Best customer service I’ve ever had! Wendy went above and beyond to helped our family pick the absolutely best pieces for our house. Her beautiful warm and welcoming nature with helping keep my little ones entertained was amazing! Shopping with small children can be stressful but not with Wendy around!
