I want to shout out to the Care manager Alison. She has helped my family immensely. A situation that was a first for her. Well….The support she gave to my 2 Aunts was outstanding and the professional care she gave, especially to our grandmother/mother was incredibly grateful. My Aunts were truly overwhelmed and with out Alisons support none of this would’ve of happened. Thank you from my heart Cathy.

Excellent care given to my mum. Staff from the front desk to the manager are friendly and happy, as well as always willing to help. The way they have handled the opening up after covid has been done in an amazing way. They have kept their residents, staff and visitors safe healthy and well informed. Thanks to all who work at Bathurst Riverview.

I would like to thank the nurses and staff for the exceptional care provided to both my mother and father. My father would often remark at the high standard of care and excellent facilities. I couldn't recommend this aged care facility highly enough.

We have found the quality of care at Macquarie Care centre to be fantastic … the staff and care team are taking excellent care of Annie and she really feels “at home”.Being a small facility, for a small town lady it is perfect! After a very sad and scary time, she has landed well on her feet again and positive about the future- which can definitely be attributed to the effort the staff have made to make her feel supported and cared for- I am beyond grateful to everyone for their efforts- thankyou so much !!

The care my mother receives is exceptional.The staff are caring and understanding and mum is very happy.

I highly recommended them with their excellent services.

The staff are amazing, as are the facilities. My Grandfather loved being able to walk around outside in the lovely gardens and the chickens were a source of amusement and delight. Having had respite stays at three different homes now, this is by far the best. Thank you to everyone who made my Grandfather Steve feel so welcome and comfortable.

In my 23 years of nursing. I have worked in different clinical settings for the area health services, hospital's, community and nursing homes. It was truly an honour and a privilege to work at the Widdon Group Kelso. Nicole and Michelle I wish you all the best.
