My first meeting with Ruth was incredibly positive. Ruth had so much knowledge and great attitude that I felt very confident she could help me in my matter. From the beginning on her service was extraordinary; she always replied within few workdays, told me step by step which documents she needs from me for the Immigration Department and gave me the feeling not being left alone. Really good service from the team at Grit. Helped me navigate some complications with my partner visa. Communication was top notch and I was kept in the loop at all times through the application process. Reasonable charges for the type of service offered. Couple of minor hurdles, not to their fault necessarily.. but you get much worse from some of the other typical migration agencies in Melbourne. Grit seems like a boutique agency. Felt like they shared my anxiety about the visa's status, and kept reassuring me. I appreciated the personal touch. Definitely recommended.
