We used Shaun’s company to shift us from the Sunshine Coast to Mackay. We were extremely happy with their service…their packing skills were amazing and we had no breakages or damage done to any of our belongings. I recently moved from Brisbane to the Whitsunday Coast. My employer chose Grace Removals to complete the move. Because I was spending three months in Melbourne prior to moving, my furniture had to go into storage before being delivered to my new home. Timing was very important, and Grace were able to accommodate all of my needs. My furniture was picked up and went into storage. When I had arranged my new home, Grace were able to arrange delivery on my requested date. The day before delivery, I received a text message with a one hour estimated window for their arrival. The truck arrived exactly on time. The two removalists were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I had not been present for the original pick up, but I saw that they had packed my electric piano in multiple layers of protective material. All of my effects were placed correctly in the rooms indicated on the boxes, and any packaging was taken away. There was no damage at all to any of my furniture or effects and they all arrived in a clean and dry condition. I would definitely recommend Grace Removals for the efficiency of their services and the friendly way they deal with their customers.
