Loxon units are very accessible. The whole complex is always clean and tidy, very well presented. The size of the units vary according to one's needs. Never any issues with vermin or pests. Would highly recommend Loxon for all storage requirements whether it be for short term or long term. Very secure. Thank you Tania.

Used Loxon Storage to temporarily store furniture while we sold our house. The whole process was professional and pleasant. The actual storage shed was large, clean and secure. The cancellation and hand back was equally professional and pleasant. No issues.

Easy to get to and good sized sheds to store my things while we were moving house. Staff were very friendly and helped when we needed advice.

We needed some moving boxes. We had a deadline to get to the airport early as we live 3+ hrs away with no other opportunity to collect them and needed to get in early as we could to collect them. Leanne helped us by instructing us to purchase them through the website and come into collect them. We arrived well before she was due to start work and she still was there with a smile to help us. Customer service like no other! Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Great service! The girls in the office went above and beyond for me today. I made a mistake with booking storage and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommend!!

They went out of their way to help me. Due to extenuating circumstances I needed to move my things with very little notice and they were willing to stay back to allocate a storage unit and organise the swipe card and showed compassion for my situation. The site is secure and easy to drive around. The 24/7 access is perfect for me.

The cheapest place in Mackay for storage, all the staff here are understanding & lovely.

Awesome service exellent to deal with. A1 security on sheds.
