I started seeing Sara-Jane 6 months ago, at which point I had been suffering from the beginning of IBD with severe symptoms for over 2 months. I had lost over 10kg in that time and everything i ate ran straight through me. I was exhausted and confused by the lack of care from doctors. SaraJane was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Under her care and advice I completely changed my diet, started supplements that supported my gut while it healed and began the slow but vital process of slowing down. Its still a work in progress, but I now know what foods trigger the inflammation and am getting a handle on my stress which has really helped. I am grateful to her for getting my health back. Also, her massages are amazing.

I took my 6yo daughter to see Lainie for help with pain associated with hypotonia; nothing else had helped previously besides pain medication, and she was struggling to sleep and walk long distances. After the very first session of bowen her relief was immediate, and every subsequent session the results lasted longer each time. Not only was bowen non invasive and highly effective for my daughter, as a practitioner Lainie was so calming, gentle and friendly that she looked forward to every appointment.
