“Dr Robert Campbell graduated from the University of Queensland and completed further subspecialty training in pediatric and craniofacial neurosurgery at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool, United Kingdom. He has a particular interest in complex brain and pituitary tumours, craniofacial surgery, and surgical treatments for epilepsy and pain management. Dr Campbell is a proud founding member of the Brisbane Clinical Neuroscience Centre and the Pituitary Specialist Centre, where he works on developing image-guided surgical techniques for complex brain and pituitary tumours. His other areas of interest include spinal surgery, endoscopic surgical techniques for brain diseases, and treating conditions like trigeminal neuralgia. He consults at several locations, including Caboolture, Bundaberg, and Cleveland. Dr Campbell has performed hundreds of craniofacial operations and is currently the Director of Neurosurgery at Queensland Children’s Hospital, specialising in pediatric neurosurgery. Additionally, he holds consultant neurosurgeon appointments at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane as part of the Mater Centre for Neuroscience and at Mater Children’s Private Brisbane.
