Had severe pain and hunted everywhere for a surgeon, no one would see me for at least 1 month. Professor Lewis saw me within a couple of days, and was the first doctor that believed me the level of pain. I had a prolapsed disc. 1 week later he has operated and pain free at last. Can not say how thankful I am, not only that he fixed it, but how he listened and understood, and provided remedies and actions straight away.

Highly recommend Dr Rogers. Clinically excellent, appropriately conservative, with wonderful bedside manner. I really appreciated his willingness to work with & communicate with other specialists to ensure best outcomes for me. Incredibly grateful for his care and empathy.

This doctor is an absolute marvel and so easy to communicate with, making the whole process much easier than trying to get a tradie in to do something around the house. I was in so much pain and discomfort and was expecting the worst, but Dr. Bala talked me through the process and made me feel at ease and got it sorted so quickly without any fuss or time wasting. I can't recommend Dr. Bala enough and am thankful he's locally available.

I was referred to Dr Bala from my GP after dealing with serve nerve impingement. After my initial consultation he had me booked for surgery within a months time. Dr Bala was amazing through the whole process from checking in pre surgery as well as post. He made me feel really conformable and was always happy to answer any questions I had. DR Arul Bala did my spinal fusion in 2018. My experience was all positives. I had had very bad pain at L4L5 and S1 also. All pain was eliminated at that time as soon as my surgery was done. And I was happy to have done all my core-strength training using an eliptical prior to my surgery to ensure early discharge from hospital. If you prepare properly for surgery by keeping your weight down and gaining fitness with non-weight bearing exercise, I believe that makes all the difference. Of course you need a world-class surgeon too to get the best result. Arul Bala is just the ticket. He is warm, empathetic, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I trust him implicitly. - NT Reply

Dr Jeffs is an amazing neurosurgeon who is understanding and offers alternatives to surgery before wanting to get you under the knife, which is such a breath of fresh air to have. I’m blessed to have come across an exceptional Neurosurgeon like him who genuinely just wants to help. Few months ago I had debilitating nereve root impingement where I was in excruciating pain unless medicated. He suggested an injection rather than surgery which eased my stress levels. After the injection the pain and numbness in my fingers subsided. Dr Jeffs was supportive and went out of his way to fit me in to his busy schedule. Massive thank you to Dr Jeffs for everything. Diana the secretary, has been amazing and I could not thank her enough as well. She’s so friendly, professional, and responsive. When I called up expressing my situation, she managed to quickly assist me with getting an MRI, Phone Consultation and supported me getting the injection as early as possible. I’m truly grateful for Dr Jeff's and Diana’s support and everything they’ve done for me. They're always happy to help and each out to with any questions or queries.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Jeffs, from my first call to Diana to a rather unreasonable request for injections instead of surgery for a holiday, to the actual surgery neither can be faulted. Dr Jeffs is the ONLY Dr I would ever trust with my spine, I'm 20 days out and have less pain than I've had in 10 years. He is kind, compassionate, open, honest and transparent. I found this surgeon to be top of his game - five stars. After two MRI's missed a pathology that should have been remarked upon, Dr Jeffs took the time to review the images regardless of the reports and operated accordingly and now my life is pain free.
