Everyone in this store is a professional. They took a great deal of interest when checking my eyes and conducted tests which were appropriate. The man on the counter, (David), had a phenomenal memory for names. When I went back I didn't have to tell him who I was, he already knew. He took my order without trying to upsell and he fitted my new glasses to a tee. It is a pleasure to interact with good people. Thank you OPSM at Mid Valley Morwell.

Professional, knowledgeable and caring from start to finish! This was my first experience with Latrobe eye care, and this won’t be my last. David (optometrist) was thorough with my eye exam given my history, and took his time to listen carefully to understand my concerns and he was able to easily explain what he was doing so I would understand. He has a calm and caring approach. The staff helping me choose my new frames were helpful and thoughtful, and listened to what I liked and didn’t liked. Never did I feel that I had to buy more than I wanted (needed two pairs) and no hard upsells were attempted. Communications were simple afterwards when they were ready to pick up. Thoroughly recommend all members involved, and highly recommend Latrobe Eye Centre for anyone who needs eye exams and/or glasses.
