I am so pleased I have gone back to Specsavers. The entire staff is friendly, & helpful., & , my ,thoptometrist discussed my condition in depth with me, in fact, she rang me today, & discussed it further. Equally important, their frames & lens are affordable. they have such a large selection of frames, it is difficult to choose one. I am very happy with my decision.

I really appreciated the help from Bree in choosing my classes and eye testing. I felt very comfortable and it was great service. I then saw the optometrist Vincent. Ive never had an optometrist be so thorough in assessing my vision and explaining things clearly to me. 10/10 service. I would highly recommend. Out of all Specsavers I've been a customer for, Wagga Specsavers is the best.

Everyone at specsavers was incredibly kind and the optometrist, Rayna, I believe that was her name, explained everything and was so kind. Tash helped me find two pairs of glasses that suited my face and looked good too. Loved it.

The staff in the Wagga Marketplace store have fantastic customer service. They are well trained and highly experienced in the store front and nothing is too much trouble. The optometrist was very helpful and she was professional, knowledgeable and I felt really comfortable with her I hope I get her again next time. Also a big thumbs up to Peter and Brett for always being helpful with fixing glasses and their customer service is spot on. It's a great store. Thank you everyone.

OPSM Wagga provide excellent service, professional, friendly and willing to spend time with me when choosing my new glasses. The optometrist was patient with my "this, or this" choices, more than willing to redo them as I needed. Thank you.
