I couldn't recommend more. The practice staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional. It didn't take long to be seen. Dr Ruby and Janelle really helped put me at ease with good humour and kindness, they were both very professional while checking my teeth and explaining the issues I had. I appreciated being able to see my teeth on a monitor so I could understand what was happening, I felt that gave me agency. I will be back soon.

Cannot praise this service highly enough. Dr. Amanda McCosker and Liam are an awesome team. Put me at ease and let me know everything that they were doing. When paying the account, staff ensured I understood the bill and payment. The reception staff checked in to see how I was the next day. Service above and beyond expectation. Thank you.

First time visit, they say first time impressions last. Definitely true here. Excellent facilities. Modern and welcoming. Staff were fantastic. Dr Rubie was outstanding in his approach and advice. Will be back. Well done.

Dr. Calledine was fantastic! So friendly, transparent and fantastic at her job. She almost made getting my teeth pulled out an enjoyable experience! She was constantly checking that I was okay, very communicative and answered any questions I had. 10/10 service.

Highly Recommend This Orthodontic Facility To Anyone Who Is Looking For A Trained Professionals Who Knows Their Stuff! And Especially For Children! 10/10.

Can highly recommend. Such lovely staff. From start the plan is set out and kept up to date throughout. One key factor is Neil always run pretty much in time no long waits on day of appointments which is great. Have only had great experience so far.

Whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff always so great with the kids. You can see why such a successful practice everything to the ladies at the front counter and Dr. Pinto himself just an all-around nice man.

I have always been really well looked after by Dr Pinto and his wonderful staff. They really go out of their way to look after you. I am very grateful for the fantastic experience I have had as a patient of this practice.
