“Dr Dean Christopher Binns earned his Bachelor of Science in Optometry in 1989 and later completed a Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics at the Australian College of Optometry in 2018. Now, he is practising at Specsavers in Ballarat Bridge Mall. Specsavers Ballarat prioritises high service standards and expertise in eye and ear health. They use OCT and other equipment to check your eyes for signs of these conditions. Highly recommend. I have been a regular for around 3yrs and every single appointment I've experienced excellent, punctual service. Luke has always been very patient and understanding and the eye exams are thorough and detailed. I've had contact lenses for around 2yrs and haven't encountered any issues. Also, the receptionist and other staff are very friendly and professional.

Great place to get my eyes checked up on. Luke and the reception staff were very friendly - and Luke was able to clearly and effectively discuss my eye condition with me so that I was able to understand the implications.

Highly recommend. My family has been a regular for years. Luke has always been punctual, very patient and kind. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Any eye emergencies have been seen to straight away.

Very professional service and a great selection. OPSM does name brands, so perhaps not cheap. But you get what you pay for and I thought they were competitive. I asked them to fit bespoke lenses to old fashioned lenses I provided and they did a great job, so a good choice for non-standard options.

I will never go anywhere else, and l have encouraged others to go there; recently l went with, something to me was serious, but Paul and his team walked me through it and, a could be stressful situation turned out AMAZING.

David thoroughly looked over my eyes. Found retinal holes and promptly got me in to see a specialist in 2 weeks where is was treated. Very thankful
