Dr Becky is very knowledgeable and explains everything in easy to understand terms. She is thorough and provides options to help you make educated decisions for your or your child's oral health. She is fantastic with children and people with special needs, helping them feel comfortable in the chair. The reception staff are always helpful and kind. The clinic has a large waiting room and plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Becky after a tooth injury with my daughter. Dr Becky was wonderful and kind and put my daughter at ease. She provided us with lots of information and a treatment plan to continue the care and healing process. MJ on reception was also an absolute delight. She went over and above to assist and we couldn’t be more grateful for the both of them.

Dr Becky Chen, principal dentist, and receptionist, Sara, were beyond excellent! Coming from a very remote area and having an urgent dental need, they went above and beyond to support me with my dental case. Would certainly recommend or give 6 stars if possible. Cheers, Tina.

What amazing care and service. I was on holiday from Queensland and staying in Ballarat when one of my teeth became infected. The dental team at Smile Studio were wonderful, they fitted me in and were able to deal with the issue with so much care and professionalism. I highly recommend the team and cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

I'd stayed away from dentists for the last few years after a bad experience but Dr Raju is incredible and has given me back faith in going to the dentist. She is so amazing, very thorough and straightforward with what was needed and she was going to do and did an incredible job. Honestly can't recommend enough.
