I needed to have my eyes tested again following some issues driving at night. The whole team at Bill Wilkinson were open and welcoming. Nicole gave me so much time, explaining everything and potential reasons for my sight concerns at night. James was brilliant with measuring everything. I received my glasses 7 days after my appointment and I am delighted with the service and the forward planning that was offers to me. Thank you so much Team Bill Wilkinson.

The team at bill Wilkinson are awsome customer assistant is great always happy to help, had trouble getting the prescription oakley sunglasses I had been getting through others but they could get the full range. Iam hard on glasses if I brake them they always have a look and try to fix them to get me through till I can get a new pair of standard glasses or prescription sunglasses, they are also very competitive on prices over the bigger stores

A big thank you to the team! I recently required new glasses and a modification to an accessory i required.The friendly team make you feel supported and confident that your eye health really does matter. They go above and beyond and it is much appreciated. Thank You

I had an emergency appt with Rosemaree regarding some eye pain. She was the nicest, calmest lady. She put me at ease straight away. She explained everything very thoroughly, and was very caring. She knew what problem was and treated correctly. Fantastic service, very professional.

Very professional and knowledgeable advice and after sales service. Gave me a MUCH more suitable prescription than OPSM and Specsavers did. You get what you pay for and it's worth paying extra to get proper diagnosis.

Have seen Mark for many years. Always so professional & knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
