Pre-op consult: very professional. Support team for Mr Snell very efficient and great communication. I was put at ease because of the professionalism and calmness of everyone involved. Surgery: Anaesthetic specialist and surgeon put me at ease before the procedure - was a little anxious. Came out of it really well, no complications. Highly recommend this team for complex surgery work. Well done. I’ll be back on my feet in no time.

On arrival at the clinic l was made feel very welcome by the reception staff. Such a beautiful old building and a lovely large waiting room. I was very comfortable talking with Mr Snell and he diagnosed my problem straight away with confidence. Christina was very caring in organising future visits and treatment.

The initial consultation for my 16-year-old son with Mr Snell was a very positive experience. He made him feel very comfortable & was considerate of all his upcoming events. Very welcoming atmosphere, staff were all very friendly.

Highly recommend Dr Richard Dickinson, I have had 3 x BCC removed from my face by him over the years. The surgery sites have healed very nicely and cannot be seen without pointing them out to people. On close inspection only a very fine scar is visible, hidden in normal facial lines. **Very good at reconstructive surgery.

Fantastic surgeon. He operated on me as a child and as an adult. Very down to earth and patient focused. Could not fault him or his team.

Such an amazing place with amazing staff. Best service and results.
