I always feel very welcomed. I am provided a lot of feedback on what is seen by my optometrist during my consult and leave feeling understood. Whilst picking frames, the ladies were extremely patient, encouraging and helpful with different styles. Highly recommend OPSM Geraldton.

I went in for an eye test & then proceeded to arrange for new lens'. There was, unfortunately, a mishap with my frames, however the girls were wonderful! They couldn't have done any more to ensure that I left the store happy - and I did! A pleasure to deal with.

Simply top tier service, with a staff the exudes patience and caring. The staff at OPSM Geraldton, were very attentive, helping me select the frames with a bespoke level of fitting. The optometrist was the best I have had in may years.

Midwest Optical has some of the best service I've experienced in Geraldton. The staff are super friendly and have helped me every time I have popped with a little problem (missing a sunglasses screw). I couldn't recommend them more.
