Visited nowra this morning, new years eve with my spectacles in a very sorry state( I trod on them). The young lady that looked after me re-shaped the frames and replaced the lenses in a very friendly and professional manner. Great service indeed ! Well done to that lady.

Very easy to talk to know their job, glasses were a tad expensive and I should have got only one pair instead of two. However in saying that I got what I paid for with good quality spectacles. I change over to OPSM after 30 years of lesser quality glasses.

I received very supportive, friendly service, the moment I entered the store I felt at ease, with all the helpful and friendly service received by staff.

I saw Jerome this evening. He was absolutely amazing. He advised me not to purchase glasses until I had more tests and trial some eyedrops for 4 weeks. You are not just a sale when it comes to this store. Staff are friendly and approachable. 100% recommend.

Very efficient service. The after-care is a good experience. A large choice of glasses (frames). I would highly recommend spectators to all my family and friends.
