I have had the pleasure of the optometrist service by Peter Russell for over 30 years and his care and attention to detail is refreshing and exactly what top quality regional excellence is based upon. The friendliness and welcoming service of the front of store primary care staff is refreshing and noted with every interaction. I have always found Scott and Peter very thorough and up to date in their examinations - and Erin and the other girls are always accommodating and friendly! Wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else!

I've been using Blue Frog Optics for years - mostly because of their great customer service. The store is well presented and the frames to try on are always clean. I never have to wait too long to be served and they're all very organised so the process is smooth. Every interaction that I've had at Blue Frog Optics with the optometrist, sales or other team members has been positive. Kate is particularly helpful whenever I'm there and today was no different. Kate went above and beyond to help me today and as usual was an absolute pleasure to be served by. If you've met Kate, you know her personality is great. Thanks, Kate, and Blue Frog Optics.

First timer and I could not get any more help with picking glasses he was amazing he even told me what was good on me and was not good on me can not wait to pick them up and for the first time I even picked out sunglasses that suited me amazing yes cost me over 1000 for 2 pairs of glasses but atlest I came out with what I wanted and happy.

Vern provides the best customer service, his explanations to people are excellent. We have been back several times, because of this. We have to drive 150 km to get there, won’t deal with the competition in town, they are too arrogant and it’s their way or the highway attitude. Thanks guys.
