I can't believe how lucky I am to have been recommended Dr Adeel and the team at Riverina Specialist Psychiatry. With every visit and phone call, the staff have been gentle, patient and understanding. Dr Adeel is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. After just the first appointment, I really felt so understood and hopeful for the future after a lifetime of not knowing why I struggled so much. It's coming up to 12 months since my first visit, and since getting Dr Adeel's help and support, my life really has changed so much. Thank you, so much, to Dr Adeel, and the wonderful staff at Riverina Specialist Psychiatry.

From the moment I met Dr Adeel Arshard he made me feel comfortable to speak about what I needed to. I always recommend anyone to him as I find him down to earth, caring and actually wants to help people. I wish I had seen him years ago! If I could give 10 stars I would.

What an amazing bunch of human beings. From first contact when I was at my lowest point in life, the empathy and respect I received from reception to Dr Adeel was something I had never experienced as a first-time patient.
