Amazing customer service experience. I recently bought a PS5 and it had some issues later on but was still under warranty with them. Their online sales guy Nick made sure the process for the warranty was smooth and sent a shipping label as well. He made sure that even though one of the products had an issue, the customer would return to buy other stuff due to their amazing services. Thanks Nick.

Had an amazing experience with their online sales guy, Nick. Was absolutely patient with customers like myself and answered all my queries. Should be given some equity in the business as he's one of the reasons why they're doing so well. Because of his amazing sales pitch, me being a confused customer, I ended up buying a couple of items. Looking forward to shopping here again.

Called in the other day to Mega Cash Marsden and spoke with a lovely guy called Craig. He was most helpful and friendly. He did me a great deal on a piece of jewelry and even gave me some great advice regarding a plug-in speaker. Great experience all round so will be definitely visiting again. Best pawn shop around. Been going to these guys for 11 years for loans and buys. They have alot of good quality stick and are very helpful with any issues we've come across. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service hands down.
