I purchase a Queen size pure indulgence latex mattress about six weeks ago and it is best decision I had made in a long time , my sleep has improved and I’m waking up to go to the bathroom a lot less. What fantastic service we received from this store. We went into every store at the Logan super centre and every single store the customer service representatives would what we feel stalk us -what our every move, after we said we were just looking. We ended up walking out of the stores ( 4 of them ) due to this. We went into QFM last and when we said we were just looking they left us alone to look. ( no stalking) Both team member were lovely and helpful. We found a mattress we loved and we ended up getting two, the best part they had in stock and to our surprise came in a box. Which saved Ute hire for us,. Great quality and a great price. So happy we came to this store. They also explained about warranty and what we need to do before using. If you’re looking for a mattress come to this store first. Highly recommend them.

I've been looking for a nice firm mattress. I happen to stumble upon this store. I'll be honest I've never heard of this place. I'm so blessed to have come here. Amazing and wonderful service. After a whole morning of going to all the other stores, OMF was the place that took the best care of us. Charlotte in particular deserves 11/10 stars, she took fantastic care of us, gave genuine advice, listened to us and knew exactly what we needed. I can’t overstate how happy we were with her.
