Drove to Kingston from Sunshine Coast to collect a sliding door from GCB. Safe trip home but when I went to install the door it had a small manufacturing fault. Contacted GCB and they immediately organised the delivery of a new unit to my address. First Class Customer Service!!! and the new door is perfect. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

The whole team at AWS have been fantastic, from sales to manufacturing and even installation support as we installed the glass doors ourselves. The product itself is high quality and has formed a key part of our renovation.

With 25 plus years in manufacturing I think I have a fair understanding as to what to expect from a supplier of systems and materials and support.

Superb quality materials and workmen are also good.

Please convey our sincere thanks to both Tony and the 2 x installers. Their workmanship and professionalism was outstanding, and they are clearly expert at what they do. The installers were careful, clean and friendly in their approach. A locksmith came after the install to do some other work, but he commented that the Sliding Door lock provided is the best on the market, and that the installers did an EXCELLENT job in fitting/adjusting.
