Duncan was prompt and responsive with communication and arrived in time to help spraying around our house to get rid of spiders and bugs. He did a great job and was happy with his service. Professional and higly recommended. Would use his service again.

Duncan has been doing my pest control since coming Launceston. Great job. Had a nest of European wasps one year, he was here so quickly, dealt work efficiently and poor man was stung in the can highly recommend Duncan.

Duncan arrived on time and got to work to eliminate the wasp nest in my garden. The following day the pests were gone and I could finally go into my garden again.

Vaughan was patient, polite and responsive to all phone calls and emails for my elderly neighbour. He visited premises the very next day to provide a quote. Gutter guard was installed professionally (within a fortnight of deposit payment) to remedy the avian infestation. Made two visits, firstly to clean the underside of the gutters with a high pressure cleaner and also pulled out two bird nests from under the iron. Kept us abreast of progress via SMS and arrived punctually as scheduled.

Vaughan was an absolute life saver. He was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. I could not recommend him highly enough.
