Recently had a cooktop replaced. From the first time we contacted the business to the installation we were given nothing but friendly and professional service. We were most impressed with the cost of this installation. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tones Electrical to family and friends.

Tones had a large list of things we needed help with. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did. Not only did they finish on time, but they did a great job. Nothing needed to be fixed afterwards. They were also, kind and respectful. They even tried to keep the noise down when my baby was napping. Will definitely be calling them again!

I had a ducted system installed through the ceiling of my 134 YO cottage this winter and was nervous that it would take away from the beautiful high ceilings but Peter gave me so much information & pics of other installs when quoting the job. It is never easy retrofitting into old homes but the result is incredible & the team worked hard to come up with solutions & ensure that I was happy with the end result. Post install customer service was outstanding and I cannot recommend HEG highly enough. Thanks to Peter, Terrie, Sam and the team at HEG

The team at HEG did a great job with the installation of a heat pump at my property in NW Tasmania. Their advice was very helpful and they were always quick to respond to any questions. My tenant is “over the moon” with the results.

Excellent service. We had a heat pump hot water system replaced by HEG. They were keen to hear our needs, were very informative, were sensibly competitive, and provided a solid service with the delivery and install. (also, it's great to have hot water again!).
