10/10 for service and price! The best place for a quality secondhand mobile phone. You get a 6 month warranty, screen protected, and was hundreds cheaper than the other phone shops in town! Owner went above and beyond for my son’s new phone for his birthday. Ordered and got an A grade iPhone the next day, even found the perfect box to give as a gift. So much better than fb marketplace buying from dodge sellers! Mobile phone shop was trying to sell the same phone $300 more.

Esperto Group was recommended to me after going to the Launceston Repair Cafe. I needed a video game console fixed and they were able to repair everything quickly and with care (no dodgy soldering/looked factory new). Amazing service! Cheapest place we found for our phone screen replacement, plus the only store that had the screen in stock and was able to have it replaced within a couple of hours. Provided advice on how to avoid it from happening again. Won't go elsewhere from now on.
