Thank you so much to Jaiden and the Plumbcall team for their prompt and excellent service. They came out on a Friday afternoon, after hours, after my hot water system burst, and set me up for the weekend with a temp tank. Of course it blew up on a weekend! Then they were here bright and early Monday morning with a new one. Can’t fault them for their service, nor can I thank them enough. Thank you!

It is not often these days that you send a message to a plumber in the afternoon and someone comes to fix the problem at 7.30 am the very next day. Marty ( Martin Worthington) did just that and not for the first time ! As always, the work was done quickly and well, at a reasonable price ( he changed the electric element of my boiler). Organised, polite and great communication, they turned a potential nightmare into a quick, easily solved, no mess, no fuss situation, all with a smile. Phone call was answered, and very helpful office staff organised same day attendance. Text message received when Kerry was on his way; and the follow up appointment to complete the quoted job was the following day.

Marty is very efficient. He fixed the blockage in my toilet very quickly. With his camera he was able to inspect all the pipework and reassure me everything is working well again. Excellent service.

Called late one afternoon. Service tech was booked and arrived first thing the next day! Fixed what was wrong and we had hot water again! Very well priced and saved me a fortune by fixing a part instead of needing a whole new system. Very happy and highly recommend!
