3 Best Appliance Repair Services in Bundaberg, QLD

I had an enquiry about parts that were supplied with my LG Washer but they didn’t appear in the LG Manual and I had no idea what they were for. I contacted LG and that was a total waste of time. I rang Bundaberg Appliance Centre and spoke to Alistair. He requested a photo and he responded by saying that he wasn’t sure what they were but he was certain they played no part in regards to installing the washer. I installed the washer and it works fine. Then I received an email from Steve and he said they could be vibration cups that fit on the bottom feet of the washer if it vibrates when on spin cycle. Steve was right. Absolutely no mention of them in the LG Manual. Why the 5 Stars for Alistair and Steve? They took time out of their day to follow up my enquiry without any cost. Now that is customer service that is so uncommon in today’s world. Thanks again guys and I will recommend your business every chance I get. Kind regards, Paul

Had a new dishwasher delivered & fitted within 5 days (& there was a weekend in there!). On time, meticulously careful, considerate & tidy. Job done & old dishwasher removed within an hour. Totally happy to recommend.

Called Sean this morning regards needing a part for our washing machine and he was super helpful with supplying what we needed. Definitely recommend them!

Elverys electrical is 100% the best. Supplied/fitted 4 fan/light combos. After the work was completed the guys used a cordless vacuum to clean every single bit of dust from the installation. They strongly encouraged us to upgrade the safety switch at the same time. That afternoon we turned on the bathroom light and tripped the house switch. Thinking it was something connected to the earlier work gave them a call and they came straight back. The safety switch earlier installed (at their insistence) had picked up a serious fault in bathroom wiring and tripped when turned on. When shown how dodgy the old work was it is a small miracle we hadn’t had a fire in years gone by. Not only did they did a great job, their professional approach saw a disaster averted. Thanks to the team.
