I love Headspace Albany.. everything they do and try to do for the youth of Albany is so awesome and inspiring. I've been through a lot in my life and Headspace gave me a place to grow and cope with the bad and stressful things in my life - the staff is lovely and are amazing at listening and you can really feel like your voice is heard. Like I said, I love this place - it's safe for all and without it I might never have come this far.

Very supportive, individualised and realistic care. Everyone is polite and happy to take their time to help. Thank you.

I had come here a number of times to support friends and family, and also to attend counseling sessions to understand better what service was being provided. The staff are kind, patient, and hard working. As a straight white male I had in no way been looked down on, or asked to believe in anything I do not believe in. I know that life would be a lot harder if Headspace Albany was not helping, and I hope more people begin to see the services and support Headspace provides.
