Exceptional customer service see us frequent a couple of times a week and we have always found the service to be personalised and helpful. We have specific products ordered in for us and it never seems too much trouble to source what we require. How Brad and his team managed the chaos at the peak of the COVID onset in 2020 was truly remarkable, just sad to see many customers unable to have a little patience during what would have been a relentless situation for the staff. We do not shop at any other chemist and appreciate the time taken by the staff to understand the needs of our family each and every time.

Always a pleasure to go into Terry White. Brodie and Team are totally professional, fast, helpful service with a smile.

Fantastic customer service. I was looking for flight socks, which unfortunately they didn't have stock. However, as we weren't from Albany, the lady who served us rang 4 local pharmacies on my behalf, trying to locate the product for me. This lady went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. She managed to locate some at another local pharmacy, and gave me the details. This saved myself a lot of running around in an unfamiliar place. Thank you. Highly Recomend.

Spoke to the pharmacist John Pork. Was a really nice lad. Porked me through all the options of medications while I was suffering from the swine flu.

The pharmacist here is wonderful. So discreet and patient, he takes the time to ask questions before giving any advice or recommendations. Thank you!

Great pharmacy with lovely staff and Pharmacists. Always happy to help and give advice. Also a great range of luxury makeup brands and fragrances! This will be my regular pharmacy.

Staff are always so friendly, especially Theresa and her knowledge on vitamins, she is great! Scripts always filled nice and quick and just great customer service all round. Highly recommend.
