Dr Brendan has helped me out of chronic pain and disfunction. I didn't think I'd ever heal from my ailments. After much care I am now healthy and strong and back to doing the things I love to do. Also, thank you to Dr Chris for his help and care in my journey to health. I highly recommend anyone experiencing back pain to come in and see one of the excellent practitioners at Southern Family Chiropractic. They genuinely care and will go above and beyond to help you. You can't put a price on a healthy body.

Jarrad and Brendan are brilliant at what they do. My 6yr old son and I have been seeing both for about 3 months now and the difference it’s made to both of us is incredible. I no longer suffer from delayed onset muscle soreness after playing sport and it’s dramatically improved my son’s moods and ability to concentrate in class. Both practitioners take great pride in keeping their skills and knowledge up to date and are keen to share what they’re doing and why in a session. Can’t recommend Southern Family Chiropractic enough.

Before I had Chiropractic treatment I felt tired and ached a lot. Following regular treatment with Jarrad I feel so much better. My posture has improved and the aches have gone. I have been able to get back to my exercise classes and enjoy them.
