I rang Ooi Roofing to come do a quote on my roof and they never bothered to ring or show up, the job I am now getting done is a $4,500 job, but apparently Ooi couldn't be bothered coming and quoting me or even looking at the job.

The lovely staff had a great laugh with them. Found and ordered for me. Awesome local business.
