The shop is under new management. The old manager was not very nice to customers, but the new manager, Bernie, is very nice. She's friendly and efficient, the shop is clean and the food tastes good. She even remembers my order since I usually get the same thing. Would recommend.

Tues 11th feb 11.00am Just had to say, the lady serving me was very pleasant and had a great smile which was lovely. Made the best subway meal in quite a while. Always good when you don't feel your taking up their time.

A big improvement on previous management (I hadn't been back for a while) nice staff, nice food :)

We shared the veggie delight breakfast and it was delicious! Coffee was so good we both ordered a second. Service was quick and they were very friendly, but it was tricky to get their attention again for a second coffee. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Cafe! The service is outstanding and the staff make you appreciate the community you live in. Well done for being such a bastion of hospitality in the Highlands. Oh! And their coffee is amazing! Try their coffee!

The best Eggs Benny in town! And awesome coffee, always friendly and always yummy. My weekly treat.

Me and my partner have just walked in and ordered meatbal subs and the young lady who served us needs a pay rise, she was very respectful and enthusiastic, I walked out saying to my partner “we need more people like that” and he agreed. Good work.

It's a lovely subway chain in Moss Vale to get that sandwich fix. Dropped by during a busy period, and they had managed to keep everything consistently good. Great customer service too! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into store.

Customer service was extremely good! And my order tasted wonderful. Definitely the best Subway I have been to in a while!
