This place is the goods! The open kitchen, as well as the 2 alternative places to sit inside, made it a real experience and different to the norm. The food was crazy. We had oysters, sashimi plate, scallops, red snapper fillet curry, soft shell crab crepe, and the japanese cheesecake. Definitely unexpected from the exterior of the building which appears quite aged. Loved it.

Yes, all the reviews now make sense. Now that we have visited. We came for dinner on a wet and stormy night, warmly greeted by a familiar northern English accent. The entree of pork and prawn dumplings were delicious. Mains of linguine marinara and a blue swimmer crab linguine were highlights. Both really good dishes. Large portions too. We had eyed the fantastic looking fresh bread coming out of the oven. Next time. Highly recommended.

Amazing! The food and service was really lovely. We ordered the baked oysters with crab which was honestly so tasty. Also a couple of natural oysters which were just as good. For mains we ordered the fish (cod) and the prawn yellow curry was so so delicious. The chilli margarita was also so yum. Definitely be back. Lots on the menu to still try.

Having a quiet beer with my brother and nephew when the manageress came over and asked if we'd like to share a seafood platter. At first we declined but when she said it was for free we said yes please It was absolutely delicious and we would recommend it to everyone. Bob Logan.

This hotel has always been our favourite lunch stopover when in busso. The food has always been value for money. Although plain and wholesome, it has always been of a dependable quality. The staff are efficient and welcoming.

Lovely experience, staff are very welcoming and lovely. Food was super yummy and perfect sizes! Had my baby with me and staff were so lovely making me feel less anxious about having a baby out for food. Special shout-out to Steph, thank you for making the experience amazing.

Visited for my Dad’s birthday and although the atmosphere was lacking, the food was good! The entree’s was where it was at, the sticky finger ribs, calamari and cheesy garlic bread were all delicious. Main dish portions were very generous also, nothing out of this world, but good ‘pub grub’. Lovely setting and service was good too. I would return.

The food was beautiful, extremely tasty and rich in flavour. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great spot on the water, can’t ask for more! Will absolutely return.

Went to the deck for lunch on Saturday. Good size meals, great cocktails and cold beer. Even though I feel they were under staffed and the place was reasonably busy service was great and no delays for drinks or food. Staff are friendly and were all helping each other and looking after customers Great to see. Thank you.
