“Sugarland Plaza Bundaberg provides a lot of household goods at a cheap rate. Sugarland Plaza offers many great retailers, including Woolworths, BIG W, JB Hi-Fi, Best & Less and 65 speciality shopping and dining options. They manage the mall with outstanding and loving care. You can also avail wheelchair access for your physically disabled guests, and a taxi on-call service is available at the support desk on the ground floor at the main entrance. The mall has a beautiful food court with decent food. The shopping centre has an excellent team of staff. In addition, they have bicycle racks at the Food Court entry for your convenience.

Outstanding customer service. Wow... I was blown away by the service provided by this shop. I wanted a particular pen and so I asked for assistance & one of the workers politely helped but they didn't have it. She then asked her boss who also kindly helped. She then offered to get the pen in for me. In less than 24 hours Donna got the pen in and happy to say it's now in the post to me. Thanks again, Donna.

Surprisingly good. When I went with my alpha gang it was pretty empty and it was super clean!! There’s a wide range of shops and lots of places to drink/eat. Amazing!! Would defo recommend if you’re in the area!!

A standard, Big W shopping experience. It has a nice selection of products aimed at low, medium and high price points and the staff where friendly enough, greating us at the register and thanking us as we left.

Visited Wollies and Aldi today good car parking easy walking with wheel chair access. Has major shops and specialty stores. Grog shop and takeaway. Tole its are clean and has wheelchair access. Crossing are makes for entry has some hail covers in main section.

Tavern is lovely. Only problem is the same menu as The Lakes. Food was lovely Hope this is only teething problems as its nice to go to both places but really need 2 different menus.

Perfect for groceries or a quick snack. Aldi, Woolworths, Newsagent, bakery, butcher, sushi pizza and even a YMCA Gym upstairs.
