The Shire Bar & Grill impressed us with their flavorful entrees that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Their main meals were a culinary delight.also the service was first class, super efficient and super fast delivery with minimal waiting.

Great atmosphere. Kids and family friendly. The steak was great. Cooked as requested. Tried Byron Bay Chili sauce- spicy hot and sweet. One downside- it took a bit too long to get the meal. The selection of drinks to pair the meal is good. Friendly staff.

The atmosphere felt great from the moment we entered, all staff you pass welcome you, which was lovely. I ordered the Chicken Roulade which was delicious and my partner had the steak which he likes rare and it was cooked to perfection for him. We both had sweets for me the Apple Crumble and my partner the Chocolate Brownie, again a big thumbs up. Thanks for a lovely evening and when in Dubbo again we will definitely be back.

COMMERCIAL HOTEL DUBBO REVIEWS

Stayed in town for the night. Had a family dinner at the pub. Food was awesome. Highly recommend the Chicken BLT. Dumplings were good also. Husband had the steak and said it was good. Kids enjoyed the play area. Nice and spacious outdoor area.

Great menu, awesome food, accurate and fast service, nice atmosphere and a pleasant place to be.

Would highly recommend, the food was wonderful. I had grilled Barramundi and my husband had Prawn Linguine. Will definitely come back if we are this way again. Thank you for the great service as well.

CATTLEMAN’S RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Great atmosphere and very kind and attentive staff. The scotch fillet was cooked perfectly as I like it (ordered medium rare) the mash and veg cooked spot on slight crunch and well seasoned mash. Only one tiny detail would be a bit more seasoning on the steak prawns and everything else was excellent. Give stars as it was cooked perfectly. The little biscuits were a very nice touch after the meal.

Nice restaurant operated by the motel. It was very busy when we went as the motel was booked out for the Easter long weekend, so I recommend making a reservation. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who was running it that evening. The food is a varied mix so perfect for a large group that needs to cater for different diets.

We were travelling through and stopped in for dinner, the beef brisket was succulent and the medium rump steak with creamy garlic sauce was perfectly cooked. The service at this restaurant was really friendly, communicative and made for a great experience. Will return.
